today was equally delicious and sad. our last original team goldtoast lunch. Chloe had a chicken and prawn stack that looked and smelled devine. i looked on as she pretty much licked the plate clean, and i pigged out on Salmon Niçoise, a twist on a Niçoise Salad. Delicious with crispy skinned Salmon and a perfectly poached egg!
